Most miniatures are cast in-house, but some products are ordered from other suppliers. If we have everything available here, your order will most likely go out within 1-3 buisness days. If things need to be ordered, we'll let you know and give you an estimated shipping time.
The vast majority of orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service and rarely take more than a week to arrive. If you experience a delay that concerns you, please be sure to contact me at knuckledusterharris@gmail.com right away and I'll find out what's happening.
Shipping costs are calculated by the shopping cart using weight and geographic zones; for example, an extremely light box going to Canada will be cheaper than an extremely heavy box going to Wisconsin.
